Screen-printing

This allows for
printing on all types of materials applied in advertising,
such as: perspex, pvc, adhesive film or metal. Additionally
- a feature that makes this technique irreplaceable -
printouts can undergo thermal treatment through, for example,
vacuum injecting of the advertisement elements with printed
graphics on them.
Screen-printing is also frequently applied as an additional
step to protect surfaces with graphics applied by a UV
plotter by applying varnish layers or as a white background
for further printing with other technologies on
different-colour materials where the full-colour print is
purposeless.
UV Print

Similarly to screen
printing, we can print with UV on all materials, but thanks
to UV we can achieve higher quality in full colour prints.
The main advantage of this type of print is colour
durability and resistance to weather conditions. The maximum
thickness of material on which the graphics can be printed
is 45 mm. The surface quality is also insignificant thanks
to this touch-free technique, where the printing head does
not touch the material.
Adhesive film

Although this seems
to be a rather archaic method of preparing graphics on
different flat surfaces, sometimes it proves irreplaceable.
We use adhesive film when the application of graphics by
means of other methods is impossible, e.g. in the case of a
car body or a vacuum injected element of an advertisement.
CNC Routers

Our Company uses
several of such routers. They are irreplaceable in outdoor
advertising. Nowadays one cannot imagine tooling hard
materials without using such devices. CNC routers used in
our company are big-size devices, therefore we are able to
tool big elements, and their spindle strength also allows
for tooling metals. The routers operate in three axes (x,y,z)
with full interpolation. This allows for preparing spatial
forms applied, e.g., in thermal treatment of plastics.
Laser Cutting

Sometimes serial
production requires the application of a laser cutter
because of its speed and the insignificance of material
thickness and hardness. This technology is used both for
creating complicated construction or mechanical elements,
and graphic elements of advertisements.
Expanded Ironworks
Shop

The size does not
matter to us when it comes to the size of the constructions
- we will produce any construction regardless of its size.
Increasing demand for big-size advertisements has forced us
to expand significantly our small ironworks shop located in
a few rooms of our production house. Thanks to this, we have
become totally independent. Additionally, recent investments
in our company have included powder and traditional paint
shop.
Vacuum Forming

It is impossible to
imagine outdoor advertising without this technology. Our
stamping presses are adapted to big formats. We use them to
produce such elements as: spatial letters, logotypes, frame
casings as well as construction elements of untypical cases.

ARA is also a design workshop.
We mainly deal with technical designing of supporting
structures for advertisements, preparation of detailed
technical documentation regarding the following: location of
marking on a given object, assembly manuals and
visualisation of appearance of the future object marking.
We co-operate with designers who design new, complex and
individual forms of advertising elements.
